Role Overview
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing across a portfolio of EVT hotels in Australia and New Zealand. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll combine strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and campaign execution to drive revenue growth and optimise performance.
What You Will Do
Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy, including campaign planning and execution across a cluster of hotels. Manage budgets, track performance, and optimise campaigns to drive revenue growth and profitability.

7+ years’ experience in digital marketing, including agency and client-side exposure. Advanced expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Google Analytics 4.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing
- Advanced expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Google Analytics 4
- Proven track record delivering high-performing campaigns and complex digital projects
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to turn data into action
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance, and optimising campaigns
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle, personalisation, and data-driven marketing
- Knowledge of data privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong project management capability
