Role Overview
Lead a team of New Home Advisors across multiple communities, coaching and developing their sales performance and customer experience. Partner with Sales Leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and performance management. Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure model homes and sales centers are properly maintained.
What You Will Do
Conduct weekly coaching sessions, mystery shops, and observe live customer interactions to improve sales effectiveness. Review market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to support sales growth. Assist with customer issue resolution and overall sales team accountability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of residential real estate sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years of new home sales experience
- Prior leadership, coaching, or sales management experience
- Active South Carolina Real Estate License in good standing
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license
