Role Overview
Lead marketing activation for priority AEC strategic partnerships and industry associations. Partner with AEC audience marketers to bring partnership and association opportunities into audience plans, campaign calendars, event strategies, messaging, and customer journeys.
What You Will Do
Develop co-marketing plans, use strategic partnerships and associations as channels to reach and influence priority AEC audiences, translate partnership and association opportunities into campaigns, events, content, webinars, thought leadership, customer stories, executive moments, and sales enablement.

Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B marketing, partnership marketing, industry marketing, audience marketing, field marketing, integrated campaigns, associations marketing, or a related discipline.
- Background marketing to or working within AEC, infrastructure, construction technology, geospatial technology, design technology, enterprise SaaS, or a related industry.
- Track record of executing co-marketing programs with strategic partnerships, associations, industry groups, technology partners, or ecosystem organizations.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels, including events, sponsorships, digital campaigns, webinars, content, thought leadership, customer stories, executive engagement, and sales enablement.
- Ability to develop campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, partnership narratives, value propositions, activation plans, executive updates, and performance reports.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across marketing, product, strategy, sales, communications, events, customer success, and external partner teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Ability to turn ambiguous partnership or association goals into clear marketing plans and executable programs.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and moving quickly on high-priority initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
