Join a highly motivated, diverse, and multidisciplinary team at EXUS, an enterprise software company, to create software that serves people. As a Growth Executive, you will own one market, report to the Growth Manager, and contribute to SQL targets through disciplined weekly execution.
What You Will Do
Create and maintain prospect leads in HubSpot, execute weekly lead measures, support email and LinkedIn activity, use AI to increase productivity, and provide accurate performance updates for the Growth Manager’s monthly reporting.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a business-facing role
- High curiosity, positivity, resilience, and eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong discipline and self-motivation
- Comfort with proactive outreach, experimentation, follow-up, and learning from rejection
- Comfort with learning new tools and using AI to improve productivity while maintaining quality
- Good written communication, attention to detail, and professional judgement in prospect-facing activity
- Strong interest in business development, technology, financial services, international markets, or ABM execution
