Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead embedded marketing with clients, supporting marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth for proprietary sales. The role involves working with customers and key stakeholders to develop effective marketing resources and execute on market strategies that drive measurable results.
What You Will Do
Conduct market research, launch new products or programs, and manage all aspects of product or program marketing and communications. May assist with training and provide analytical support, including development of basic financial projections and cost-benefit analysis of marketing programs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B marketing and B2B2C marketing experience, with a strong understanding of embedded insurance functions. They will be able to work independently, manage assignments and deadlines, and proactively seek new challenges.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing communications, or finance (preferred)
- Series 6, 63, and 26 securities licenses (preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B marketing and B2B2C marketing experience
- Marketing experience within embedded insurance function (preferred)
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, manage assignments and deadlines, and proactively seek new challenges
- Experience with reporting software, proficiently able to use Microsoft suite and Adobe CC (preferred)
