Role Overview
The Business Development & Partnership Manager is responsible for driving sustainable portfolio growth through strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and new business channels. The role will lead the identification, negotiation, implementation, and management of partnerships with banks, corporates, fintechs, distributors, digital platforms, and other strategic stakeholders to expand customer acquisition, increase SME penetration, and support the company’s growth objectives.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute the partnership and business development strategy, identify and establish strategic alliances, create new acquisition channels, generate new portfolio growth opportunities, develop Vendor Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Embedded Finance programs, build strategic relationships, lead commercial negotiations, and manage executive-level relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Banking, SME Finance, Fintech, Financial Services, or Business Development, a proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships, and experience in SME lending, supply chain finance, vendor finance, or ecosystem-based business models.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Banking, SME Finance, Fintech, Financial Services, or Business Development
- Proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships
- Experience in SME lending, supply chain finance, vendor finance, or ecosystem-based business models
- Strong exposure to commercial negotiations and complex deal structuring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or relevant professional qualification is preferred
