Role Overview

As the Sales Manager at Ferguson Roofing and Exteriors, you will be accountable for the sales of our residential roofing, residential exteriors, commercial roofing and HOA business units. You will lead a team of Roofing Sales Professionals and work with Project Managers through KPI-driven feedback, coordinating 1-on-1’s, preparing review materials, performing jobsite training, and facilitating group meetings.

What You Will Do

Lead a team of Roofing Sales Professionals, review and prepare feedback for Project Managers, assist each individual Project Manager, help edit and maintain price book in company CRM, coordinate daily with installation departments, drive strategy of lead generation, build out and lead a new canvassing team, coordinate and/or conduct technical training, resolve customer concerns, and help with equipment vendor discussions & negotiations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in management experience, 1-3 years in a leadership role
  • Ability to inspire and lead others to achieve goals
  • Good presentation skills; able to convey confident and decisive messages
  • Multi-tasker who enjoys working with diverse teams on varied projects
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Selfless individual who can prioritize the needs of the team above individual needs
  • Passionate about Ferguson Roofing and loves the brand
  • High integrity with advanced communication skills and ability to make solid connections
  • Strong desire to motivate team members to be better tomorrow than they are today
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a great attitude on life
