Role Overview
Ferguson is seeking a Senior Category Sales Manager – Industrial Plastics to lead sales process improvement, drive sales operations innovation, and develop end-to-end market plans. This role will be based in the Houston, TX area and will evolve to build a team in the future.
What You Will Do
Steer sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, lead sales process improvement, drive sales operations innovation, lead end-to-end market plans, and manage dealer meetings and new dealer recruitment events.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of Industrial Plastics experience
- Excellent verbal communication and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Collaboration with other departments and functional groups within Ferguson
- Strong written skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in O365 tools, including Power BI for reporting
- Ability to multi-task
