Role Overview

Join a rapidly growing business in an exciting industry, driving engagement of FT digital group subscriptions amongst customers and prospects. This senior role will handle high-value accounts, mentor other Customer Success managers, and inform the global customer success strategy.

What You Will Do

Handle strategic accounts, create engagement plans, develop business outcomes, communicate customer success, report on KPIs, and support product/service development.
