Role Overview
The Distributor Enablement Manager leads the end-to-end onboarding process for new distributor partners within the fintech ecosystem, ensuring they are fully enabled, compliant, trained, and technically integrated to deliver a seamless customer and partner experience.
What You Will Do
Own the complete onboarding lifecycle for new distributors, develop and execute structured onboarding plans, coordinate integration, setup, portal access, and training, and lead onboarding kickoff calls and readiness reviews.

Requirements
- College Degree preferred
- Experience in beverage industry within distributor, or related field
- Knowledge of three-tier alcohol distributor model — a plus
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple distributor partners concurrently
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools (Salesforce)
