Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Join a team that puts its People First! First American’s Direct division provides comprehensive title insurance protection and professional settlement services for real estate purchases, refinances and equity loans. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products and services from within the workplace, typically in a call center or branch office.

What You Will Do

You will compile lists of prospective customers, make outbound lead follow-up calls, handle inbound sales lead calls, overcome objections, and build and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years sales experience
