Role Overview
Lead the ANZ new business sales team, a focused group selling to organisations with 20 to 200 seats. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a large corporate sales management role.
What You Will Do
Improve conversion, strengthen forecast discipline, protect customer fit, coach the team, and deepen the partnership between Sales and Marketing.

Requirements
- Meaningful B2B sales leadership experience
- Strong commercial judgement, coaching ability, CRM discipline and forecasting rigour
- Ability to create accountability without unnecessary theatre
- Technical literacy, curiosity and credibility
