Role Overview
Lead a team to achieve customer service score goals, manage front-end operations, and maintain store cleanliness. Partner with store manager to recruit, train, and develop crew members.

Ensure customer satisfaction, train crew on customer service, lead front-end operations, and perform store manager duties in absence.
