Role Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales associates and overseeing store operations, including customer experience, sales growth, and visual merchandising. The role requires a forward-thinking mindset and the ability to drive continuous improvement. The Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for directing and motivating a diverse team.

The Sales Manager will focus on key areas of store operations, including team members, customer experience, sales growth, customer readiness, and store planogram execution. They will teach, train, coach, and mentor the team to develop consistent and best-in-class execution and customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3 years of management experience within a Big Box retailer preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to direct and motivate a diverse population
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and have open availability
