Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced outbound sales leader to drive the next phase of growth for our Business Direct team. You’ll lead a team of outbound Relationship Managers, building a high-performing, customer-focused sales culture that delivers customer retention and portfolio growth.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach and develop a team of outbound relationship managers, implement structured outbound sales methodologies, segment the customer portfolio, drive proactive customer engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in an outbound B2B sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing outbound phone-based sales teams
- Expertise in structured sales methodologies and platforms such as Salesforce, Genesys, or similar CRM and customer engagement systems
