Join us on our journey to build Europe’s largest residential virtual power plant. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll work on strategic projects, analyze complex challenges, and drive execution across various teams. You’ll turn ideas into feasible business models to accelerate growth.
What You Will Do
Tackle Flexa’s most urgent and high-impact projects, setting new growth records and unlocking our full market potential. This includes boosting existing offerings, developing new commercial models, launching new offerings, and managing technical dependencies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role is for a forward-thinking, highly driven, and experienced Business Developer who is comfortable with frequent stakeholder engagement, giving presentations, and working with large Excel models.
Requirements

- Language skills: Fluent in English (C1) + German preferred
- Knowledge of and experience in the energy industry
- Experience in strategy consulting, startups, or other fast-paced work environments
