Role Overview
We are a pioneer in the Legal Tech and Automation sector, looking for an experienced person in performance marketing to shape the future performance and growth strategy of a strongly scaling Legal-Tech group. The role involves leading a team, developing cross-channel tracking and analysis standards, and driving the use of AI in performance marketing.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing and scaling large paid marketing campaigns, and working closely with internal stakeholders to promote cross-channel collaboration.

Requirements
- At least 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEA / Google Ads
- Experience in managing and scaling large paid marketing campaigns
- Very good knowledge of Google Ads and ideally other paid channels such as Meta or TikTok
- Experience with tracking, reporting, and analysis tools (e.g. GA4, GTM, Attribution)
- Several years of leadership experience and strong analytical skills
- Hands-on mentality and data-driven and structured working style
- High interest in AI, automation, and modern growth technologies
- Very good German and English skills
