Role Overview

Join Flinders University’s Advancement team and use your marketing and communications expertise to help inspire philanthropy that changes lives. This role involves developing compelling communications that connect supporters with the real-world impact of their generosity.

What You Will Do

Lead the marketing and communications of the annual program of fundraising appeals, write and edit high-quality content for donor- and prospective donor-facing materials, and source and coordinate the production of dynamic and engaging multimedia content.

You will possess excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, exceptional writing and editing skills, and extensive experience in and detailed knowledge of contemporary and best practice communications, multimedia and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree in communications, media studies, marketing or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience, education or training
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative marketing and communications strategies
  • Proficiency using client management systems and software
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
