Role Overview

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive profitable growth. Manage Solutions and Application Adoption. Conduct client management and build long-term relationships with customers.

What You Will Do

Track customer KPI’s and adoption, proactively work with customers on expansion, churn prevention, and renewals. Provide technical support to customers and facilitate print volume growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Technical Sales, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications
  • Five years of experience in sales tracking processes, including Salesforce, Qlik Sense, and SAP
  • Experience in end-to-end printing production, production floor management, and label printing processes
  • Experience working with industrial print finishing equipment
  • Experience working with relevant vendor partners
  • Experience with digital print operations
