Role Overview

The Force Factor Sales Leadership Development Program is a performance-based runway into a National Account Manager seat. You will learn from senior sales leaders, build buyer relationships, and sell products that improve lives. You will work in a high-growth startup with a meritocratic culture.

What You Will Do

Support senior sales leaders, build and present data-driven sales stories, learn forecasting and promotional planning, develop pricing recommendations, and track competitive activity.

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a 3.5 GPA or higher
  • Strong academic track record
  • Excellent verbal communication and executive presence
  • Excellent written communication
  • Track record of high performance in academics, work, athletics, or extracurricular leadership
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel
  • Ownership mindset, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Hungry to win, coachable, and excited to build a long-term career in CPG sales
