Role Overview
We are looking for a CRO Specialist to own and grow conversion performance across one to two e-commerce brands. This role focuses on running structured experiments, improving conversion rate, increasing AOV, and driving overall profitability.
What You Will Do
Own conversion rate optimization for 1–2 e-commerce brands, plan, prioritize, and run split tests across key pages and funnels, drive continuous improvement in conversion rate, AOV, and overall profitability.

Requirements
- Proven experience running A/B or split tests in e-commerce
- Strong understanding of CRO metrics, AOV, and profitability drivers
- Comfortable working with data, analytics, and experiment results
- Experience collaborating with design and development teams
- Ability to take ownership and make decisions based on performance outcomes
- Strong communication skills and clear thinking
