Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence, this role supports the Salesforce ecosystem by driving user adoption, managing business requirements, and delivering data-driven insights to enhance commercial performance.
What You Will Do
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and global Salesforce teams, translate business needs into clear requirements, support demand intake, governance, and implementation of CRM enhancements, lead local user support and training, and track CRM KPIs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3–5+ years of Salesforce experience in a business-facing role
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Experience in pharma/life sciences is an asset
