Role Overview
As an SMB Business Development Representative, you will manage a territory of 2,000+ accounts, identifying the right moment to reach out to nonprofits and booking 15 meetings per month. You will be responsible for high-volume outreach, personalizing your approach, and responding to intent.
What You Will Do
You will hit your numbers, own the meeting attendance, execute high-volume outreach, and respond to intent. You will also personalize strategically, using scalable personalization to make your outreach stand out.

Requirements
- Sales or outbound prospecting experience
- Drive, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn
- AI fluency
