Role Overview
Business Development Manager will coordinate and support efforts to source new investment opportunities, develop and engage a network of value-creating executives, and drive marketing efforts. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or similar fields. The manager will work in a non-deal execution, business development role and will be responsible for developing annual business development plans, planning individual business development trips, and organizing direct sourcing process.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, lending, investment management, or similar/relevant corporate development or financial services fields
- Experience with organizing a team and driving results; project management experience preferred
- University degree
