Role Overview
Identify and cultivate relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals. Proactively reach out to potential referral sources through various channels. Educate potential partners about Our Restoration’s services and benefits.
What You Will Do
Identify new business opportunities, track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles
