Role Overview
The Marketing Director will translate business strategy into actionable marketing strategies and brand objectives, facilitating the creation of marketing plans driven by long-term strategy insights and knowledge. They will hire, develop, and manage others in the marketing organization, and support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Director will develop and disseminate the brand framework, manage and work closely with Sales to establish and maintain strategies and objectives, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Relations to guide markets to implement the brand and communications platform.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, and a minimum of 10 years experience in marketing communications, with a strong background in people management and brand development.

- Knowledge of the education industry
- Experience in brand development and management
- Knowledge of and experience in all marketing disciplines
- Demonstrable creativity and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent writer with strong verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to harmonize long-term vision with short-term goals and objectives
- Computer skills, specifically the Microsoft Office suite
