Role Overview
Drive sales performance and achieve business goals as the Head of Sales for FWD Takaful Berhad. Develop and execute annual business plans and sales strategies, and lead a team of Relationship Managers to achieve assigned targets.
What You Will Do
Monitor sales performance, plan and implement sales campaigns, and provide regular performance updates to Management. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
