Role Overview
Responsible for achieving sales targets and operating goals through field deployment and activity engagement with sales teams. Coaches and grows sales representatives’ knowledge and skills competency with regards to Takaful.
What You Will Do
Consistently coach and grow Bank sales representatives’ knowledge and skills competency with regards to Takaful. Align with Advance and Premier segment branches in co-developing productivity and persistency alongside IPEs.

Requires at least 5-7 years of working experience with 3 years in marketing/sales related functions. Possesses board-based knowledge of the Takaful business and Malaysian practices, entrepreneurial and commercial thinking, and excellent influential, verbal, and written communication skills.
Requirements
- University (BA) or (BS)
- At least 5-7 years working experience with 3 years in marketing/sales related functions
- Worked in a financial institution
- Possess board-based knowledge of the Takaful business and Malaysian practices
- Possess the ability to apply entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to delivering business performance
- Possess strategic thinking capability
- Excellent influential skills – able to influence people of different cultures and backgrounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – must be able to communicate effectively both internally with Group executives & salesforce teams and externally with customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills – excellent customer relationship management
