Role Overview
As a District Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of 5–8 sales representatives and merchandisers, guiding execution across 150–300 accounts that generate significant revenue for the business. You’ll play a critical role in translating strategy into action—coaching your team, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring our brands stand out in every account.

You’ll bring energy and accountability to every interaction—whether leading weekly team meetings, mentoring developing talent, or partnering with key retail customers. You’ll leverage your industry knowledge to influence buying decisions, optimize in-store execution, and deliver against ambitious sales goals.

Requirements
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate
- 5 years of professional sales experience
- At least one year of Gallo wholesaler or affiliated or non-affiliated distributor experience
- 21 years of age or older
- Required to obtain a solicitor’s permit
- Required to travel by automobile
- Valid driver’s license
- Safe driving record
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift or move 45 – 57 pound cases of product
- Ability to work weekends for special functions/events
- Ability to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations
