Role Overview
GamePlan Tech is seeking a hands-on, full-stack marketer to help shape and execute marketing strategy across inbound and outbound demand generation and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will think differently about the modern marketing model, leverage AI in new and innovative ways, and drive the day-to-day execution of marketing efforts.
What You Will Do
Suggest, contribute to, and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies, contribute to sales enablement, select and manage external vendors and agencies, plan and report on marketing projects and timelines, and define and report on marketing KPIs.

Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or cloud, spanning full-funnel demand generation
- Proven ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor who owns both strategy and day-to-day execution
- Demonstrated competency using AI tools to plan, create, and automate marketing work
- Experience across inbound and outbound demand generation, content, campaigns, and sales enablement
- Strong command of marketing systems and CRM platforms (for example HubSpot or Salesforce) and marketing automation
- Analytical mindset, comfortable defining, instrumenting, and reporting on KPIs that tie marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
- Experience selecting and managing external vendors and agencies, and managing a marketing budget
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
- Experience marketing to regulated, government, or government-contractor audiences is a strong plus
