Role Overview
Join Gates, a leading manufacturer of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions, as a Territory Sales Manager. You will work remotely out of a home office selling Gates products throughout Philadelphia. This role offers a chance to build sales with our existing customer base and to grow new business.
What You Will Do
Research customer needs, develop sales plans, and implement strategies to accelerate growth of all Gates products in existing and new markets. Perform product changeovers and new product set ups at customer locations.

This role requires 2+ years of Field Sales Experience or Industry Experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work flexible hours and locations. Passion for or willingness to learn about the automotive industry is a plus.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Field Sales Experience or Industry Experience
- High school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Understanding and utilization of CRM tools is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours and locations
- Passion for or willingness to learn about the automotive industry
