Role Overview
Drive growth by creating and managing a strong order funnel within your assigned market. Collaborate closely with the direct sales team and channel partners to develop and execute a unified coverage strategy.
What You Will Do
Maintain a consistent funnel and accurately forecast orders and sales. Partner with internal and external partners to align on strategy and ensure market coverage and order attainment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 3+ years of selling/promotion experience in a medical, healthcare, technical field or Life Sciences
- 2+ years sales experience
- Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach
- Experience driving tender/bid process including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation and closure of their product/solution/service opportunities to meet orders, sales and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction assigned territory
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
- Excellent negotiation & closing skills
- Strong presentation skills
