Role Overview

You’ll own an existing book of installed base accounts, inheriting relationships and building on them to retain and grow. This is a relationship-first, commercially-driven role, responsible for making customers successful enough that renewal is a foregone conclusion and expansion is a natural conversation.

What You Will Do

Own a book of installed base accounts, develop and execute account plans, build deep relationships, proactively monitor customer health, and lead customers through best practices and product training.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS account management or customer success
  • Experience managing a mixed portfolio and growing it
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS order-to-cash workflows, recurring revenue models, and ARR expansion mechanics
  • Strong commercial instincts
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with sales ops, finance, and IT buyers
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Genuine fluency with AI tools in your daily workflow
  • Comfort translating technical AI capabilities into business value conversations
