Role Overview

Join General Assembly’s Enterprise team as a New Business Development Manager, responsible for developing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading the sales process. This is a hybrid role with 1 day/week required in office.

What You Will Do

Drive revenue growth, conduct consultative sales, lead sales presentations and proposals, manage the end-to-end sales process, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in enterprise sales

  • Track record of success with complex RFPs and strategic account management
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to business development
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com for pipeline management and reporting
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
