Role Overview
The Business Development Manager leads sales initiatives and drives revenue growth through direct selling. This role requires a proven track record of consistent sales achievement, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies in the IT managed services market.
What You Will Do
Lead full-cycle sales efforts from prospecting through close, manage consultative sales cycles, build and maintain strategic client relationships, and achieve personal sales quota while supporting team goals.
