Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations and staff, cultivating business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a talented individual with experience in sales management, preferably in the RV, Automotive, or Powersports industry.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include managing sales staff, coaching and training, recruiting and hiring, desk deals, and maintaining accurate reports. The Sales Manager will also identify and provide sales and financing solutions for customers.

Requirements
