Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator or Specialist to sit at the center of our marketing ecosystem, including campaign management, marketing automation, CRM, and marketing data. You will work closely with our Revenue Director as well as the Web and Content teams.
What You Will Do
Your main tasks will include campaign execution, marketing automation & CRM, marketing data & reporting, data & contact management, and strategic support.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, CRM management, or a related role
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing data
- Experience building email workflows and marketing campaigns
- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
- Functional English
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
- Strong attention to detail and data quality
- Experience with ZoomInfo or similar data enrichment tools
- Knowledge of UTM tracking and marketing attribution
- Familiarity with B2B marketing funnels
