Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative role represents Motion Industries to customers, providing product or service knowledge to meet customer needs. The role involves making outbound calls, working with decision makers, and expanding volume business. The representative will work closely with customer service representatives, branch and division teams, and update CRM to stay current on account follow-ups and active quoting opportunities.
What You Will Do
Proactively make outbound calls to engage and develop sales opportunities, work with decision makers to expand volume business, and present Ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of related sales experience

- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools
