Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will proactively identify new business opportunities, build your own high-quality outbound pipeline, and lead meaningful business conversations with relevant stakeholders in the banking and insurance industries.

What You Will Do

You will conduct cold calls, develop targeted outbound strategies, generate interest and credibility, and coordinate follow-ups to systematically move opportunities forward.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Outbound Sales, or a comparable sales-related role
  • Experience conducting cold outreach and leading discovery calls or first conversations with prospective customers
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
