Senior Solutions Engineer

Role Overview

GitHub is looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to provide technical presales support for their enterprise customer base. The role involves working with customers and prospects to identify technical solutions, navigating complex technical scenarios, and building relationships with key decision makers.

Identifying customer business & technical requirements, building joint customer strategies, delivering live demonstrations, navigating complex technical scenarios, building relationships with key decision makers, and learning about customers’ successes and challenges.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or related technical/sales/industry experience
• Domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Source Control Management (SCM), Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) architecture, DevSecOps, agentic software development practices and tools
• Ability to travel up to 25% when needed
