Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will drive the growth of Glacier AI in the EcoVadis segment. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from active new customer acquisition via phone and outbound to closing. You work closely with marketing and customer success and build on a strong customer base of well-known DACH companies.
What You Will Do
Your tasks include full-cycle sales, discovery and stakeholder management, demos and value story, PoV/Pilot and closing, and handover and pipeline excellence.

Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Ideally in the SaaS/startup/scaleup environment with a strong outbound component
- High drive, clear self-organization, fun in building new relationships and professional stakeholder management on multiple levels
- Experience with consultative/value-based sales and clean qualification in the complex B2B environment
- Interest in AI and ability to actively use AI tools in sales work
- Secure handling of CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- Fluent in German and English (at least C1), written and spoken
