Role Overview

We are looking for a District Sales Manager to join our Team. In this role, you will direct the sales of Company products and services to permitted accounts through the management of field Sales Representatives. The role requires a strong understanding of sales and market developments, as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include representing Glazer’s Beer & Beverage in a professional manner, ensuring the attainment of sales goals, supervising Sales Representatives, conducting team meetings, and working with Sales Representatives to implement territory improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of five (5) years related experience.
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance in accordance with State laws.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships.
  • Strong supervisory and coaching skills.
