Role Overview
The Marketing Analytics Manager drives business intelligence for eyewear brands, frames, and lenses, ideating and maintaining dashboards to support Marketing activities and conducting deep-dive diagnoses to provide insights behind performance.

The role involves driving business intelligence, managing data analytics, leading data harmonization processes, and managing the optimization of marketing campaigns and product launches.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Management Science, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance
- 4+ years of experience in an analytics position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Suite
- Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, with experience in either Tableau, SQL, Business Objects or similar BI tool
