Role Overview
The Business Development Manager, National Accounts will engage with Group Purchasing Organization member base to target net new customers for Global Industrial. The role involves managing newly created customer accounts, solidifying and growing relationships through ongoing Account Management. The team is customer-focused, with a sales approach that includes planning, organizing, and developing a tactical account/territory sales plan.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include engaging with customers, building trust and credibility, and providing superior customer service. The role also involves developing and managing a sales plan, executing a sales strategy, and utilizing sales planning tools and the pipeline management process to obtain business objectives and goals.
