Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to lead and scale our Sales Operations function within the MIPS business unit at GlobalFoundries. This leadership role is based in Santa Clara, CA, reports to the Head of Business Operations, and will serve as a critical pillar in driving sales excellence, revenue predictability, and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Lead Sales Operations Strategy & Execution, Pipeline & Forecast Management, Deal Desk & Quote-to-Cash Governance, Territory & Quota Planning, Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operating Rhythm, Team Leadership & Development.

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within the technology sector, including at least 3 years in a people management or team leadership role. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and sales productivity tools (including CPQ and forecasting/analytics platforms).

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within the technology sector
- At least 3 years in a people management or team leadership role
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and sales productivity tools (including CPQ and forecasting/analytics platforms)
Benefits
- Salary: $146,000.00 – $254,000.00
- Up to 10% travel
- Fluency in English (written & verbal)
