Role Overview

What You Will Do
Drive outbound activity through cold calls, creative outreach strategies, and follow-up campaigns to vendor leads, inbound inquiries, and dormant accounts. Prepare and deliver accurate, timely customer quotes. Manage quote logs, open orders, and backlog reports through internal systems or customer account portals.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer success, or vendor relations
- Experience managing a sales pipeline from initial outreach to close, including lead qualification, quoting, and follow-up
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, cold-calling, and bonus points if you enjoy getting creative with your approach
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRMs, ERP systems, or customer portals is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- High level of accuracy, accountability, and customer-service orientation
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable shifting priorities as needed
