Prepare accurate customer quotes, process customer purchase orders, monitor order activity, track and follow up on quote activity, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.

Requirements
- 3-4 years of inside sales experience
- Proven negotiation and upselling skills
- Confidence in preparing and delivering quotes to clients
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay effective in a fast-paced environment
- Calm, resourceful problem-solver with strong critical-thinking skills
