The Marketing Manager will lead the market’s marketing, events, internship, and promotional efforts while creating exceptional experiences for fans, partners, and teammates. This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative leader who enjoys developing people, driving creative marketing initiatives, leading events, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Develop and oversee marketing campaigns, lead market events, partner activations, remote broadcasts, and promotional initiatives, lead and coach Marketing Event Supervisors and interns, and oversee ESPN Cleveland’s Internship Program.

Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience in marketing, promotions, events, media, sports, or a related field
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate teammates
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and activations
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, communication, campaign execution, and project management
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
• Personal accountability, initiative, and willingness to accept and provide feedback
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed
