Role Overview

ESPN New York is seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. As a trusted advisor to local and regional businesses, you’ll develop customized marketing solutions that leverage the power and reach of the ESPN New York brand.

What You Will Do

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, and create customized marketing solutions utilizing ESPN New York’s audio, digital, social, video, and event assets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ Years’ Sales Experience
  • Experience selling play by play sports preferred
  • Existing relationships with advertisers who target sports content preferred
  • Strong network and relationships within the New York Community
  • Goal oriented and creative self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion to be a part of a team and the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment – a multi-tasker
  • Willingness to accept and provide feedback
  • Familiarity in CRM tool such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Valid driver’s license
