Role Overview

The Dealer Fleet Sales Manager drives profitable fleet growth by maximizing dealer sell-out performance and strengthening the Goodyear, Cooper, and Roadmaster brands. Builds strong relationships with local and national fleet customers to expand market share and win new business. Leads mobility and retread initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership, while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize inventory and execute targeted growth strategies.

What You Will Do

Drive sell-out performance across assigned territory, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Develop and expand local fleet business by prospecting, securing new accounts, and growing share within existing customers. Build strong partnerships with fleet customers and servicing dealers to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience

  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and proficient with CRM tools and sales technologies
